Buying US Postage Stamps
A slight hint to all those who direct writers to the US Postal Service website to buy stamps instead of using International Reply Coupons for their stamped, self-addressed reply envelopes. It might work if you live in the US but at present they aren't selling to international customers. Mutter, mutter, mutter.
